Our way

Innovation and quality for generations

At WINTEX Apparel, we continue our proud tradition of high-quality protective clothing. Our history, characterised by innovation and quality awareness, has led us from humble beginnings in a local cellar to our beautiful headquarters in Offenburg. ISO certifications confirm our commitment to excellence, and ISO 14001:2015 certification emphasises our sustainability goals.

Our vision is carried on by the fifth generation of the Winnen family in the management. Our mission remains unchanged: to develop high-quality protective clothing that combines safety and comfort. We look forward to working with you towards a safe and sustainable future.

Quality awareness is the key to success. The production plant is certified with ISO 9001, a milestone in the company’s history.

1997

In Neuried/Baden, Eva and Thomas Winnen seize the opportunity to build on the family tradition. With the founding of Wintex Apparel GmbH, they dedicate themselves passionately to the development of specialised protective clothing and moisture protection. What once began in the cellar at home becomes the story of Moleskine trousers, which are distributed from the garage.

1893

In the middle of the 19th century, a time of change, the family business Heinrich Winnen und Co KG was founded. From the very beginning, the company had a clear goal: to manufacture high-quality workwear and protective clothing.
